How to Order Items
Payments: We accept credit and debit cards via a secure server which encrypts your data, money orders or personal checks. Items paid with personal checks will not ship until the check clears the bank. Money orders and checks are sent to B&B Militaria P.O.Box 163 Grand Island, NE 68802 U.S.A. Buyers may pay immediately with the credit card button on the checkout page, but it is recommended to check for item availability first via email at our “contact” page.
Placing an Order: All items are sold on a first come first serve basis. I also sell at shows, so it is always best to check for item availability via email at our “contact” page. Credit card payments can be made immediately on the checkout page. Payments sent by mail must be received within two weeks or the items will be put up for sale again.
Shipping: All orders ship free of charge in the U.S.A. only. We ship via USPS priority mail for larger items and USPS first class mail for small items under 8 ounces that are not fragile. Both shipping options will have tracking included.
No International Shipping at this time. If an international payment is made without a U.S. shipping address, the payment will be refunded minus any fees incurred.
Returns: Returns are accepted if the item listed was not as described or has damage that was not the result of the shipping provider. We do not guarantee that clothing, hats or equipment will fit the buyer and will not accept returns on the basis that the item does not fit. Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were sent. Refunds will be for the original purchase price only. I have been in this business for many years, but still consider myself a student and will make mistakes from time to time. Your happiness is my only concern and if I screwed up, I will make it right. This is a hobby and it has to be fun for all of us.
